Every Audio Array product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner, provided purchased from an authorized dealer, for a period of minimum 1 year from its original date of purchase.
For a product found faulty which may prove defective under normal use and service during the offered warranty time period, Audio Array or their authorized service partners will either repair the product using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or exchange the product with a product with equivalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or, a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces.
For selected products, this warranty can be extended from the date of purchase, depending on the product. The length of the extended warranty period shall be as displayed in the warranty portal at the time the product was purchased. To be eligible for the extension of the warranty, the original purchaser must register the purchase of their Audio Array product online in the warranty portal within 1 month of the purchase. The terms and conditions of the original warranty will then apply for the term of the extended warranty period.
Audio Array will not accept any warranty repair without the original proof or purchase of the Audio Array product. It is the original purchaser’s responsibility to always keep the original proof of purchase safe, as Audio Array is not obliged to provide a replacement of the original proof of purchase, or to transfer that proof of purchase to any subsequent owners of the Audio Array product.
In all circumstances, a claimant under this warranty will be liable for all costs in delivering the Audio Array product to the authorized Audio Array service center for warranty repair and for all costs in collecting the Audio Array product from that authorized Audio Array service center after warranty repair. That authorized Audio Array service center may waive the cost of pick up & return shipping to a nominated address after the warranty repair at that service center’s sole discretion. Audio Array will not be responsible for any damage incurred during shipment.
The warranty repair will be conducted by the authorized Audio Array service center as promptly as possible and within a reasonable time from the date of submission for the warranty repair.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The following cases are not covered under warranty. Audio Array shall determine, at its sole discretion, whether the product has been subject to any of the exclusions outlined in this clause.
Any item not purchased from an authorized Audio Array dealer, online or offline
Tamper by unauthorized persons or repair shops
Minor faults or deviations in the quality of a product that do not affect the product’s value or fitness for its intended purpose
Rechargeable and disposable batteries
Any modifications or non-factory-installed electrical/electronic components
Damage or defects due to alteration, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, extremes of temperature or humidity, or abnormal strain
Accidental or intentional damage
Damage in shipping
External damage on cables (exposed wirings, cuts, tears, etc.)
The repair/replacement of consumable maintenance items including, but not limited to, ear pads, head pads, and windscreens
Cracking or other damage to the product after purchase.
Any damage from accessories (casings/housings/pouches, headband parts, ear cups, earbuds, extension cables, airplane adaptors, battery, etc.)
A unit whose serial number has been defaced
Any item/s included free on a purchase
Sound characteristics (sound is a subjective matter and is not warranted)
Damage resulting from force majeure or acts of God
Use of products with incompatible or faulty equipment
Audio Array shall not be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of the Audio Array products arising out of the use or inability to use the Audio Array products insofar as allowed to be disclaimed by law in the jurisdiction where the Audio Array product was purchased.
Any repair or replacement of the product does not extend the warranty period of the product.

We will email you back to confirm the product condition and get in touch with the customer care executive.
Ship your unused/defective product in its original packaging with accessories to the address identified in our email via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.
After receiving and examining your returned product(s), your replacement product will be shipped, or a refund will appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
Note: Return shipping fee is covered by Audio Array only if returns/replacements are for defective products. Whether a product is defective is decided by Audio Array Service Center after inspection.

Please be sure to use the original box, the shipping carton, and its packing material along with all the accessories to ship the item back (the item is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped).

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await the restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Returns
Cambium Retail Pvt Ltd will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.

Delivery Terms
Transit Time
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order unless it is a pre-order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Courier Partners
Audio Array will ship the products using reputed services only. If your location is non-serviceable, your order may be cancelled with a refund.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
