Can we customize or record our sound effects in AI-03?
Long press any custom key for more than 3 seconds, and you will see the light starts to flash. At this time, it is in the recording state and you need to continue to hold the button to record the sound. The sound card will record sound effects through microphone input, Bluetooth input, and any other external sound source input channels. The recording will stop either when the button is released or when the memory runs out. The light on the button will go off when the recording is stopped. Will this work with wireless mics?
You can connect the receiver of your wireless microphone through a 3.5mm condenser input option to record audio from the wireless microphone.
I connected it to computer/iphone and it got no sound at all? Microphone got no sound either. Do I need a speaker connected to it?
Please make sure you are doing the following steps correctly: 1. Turn on the "micro, rec, monitor, music" knobs on the mixer, and turn on the "loopback" button. 2. Connect monitor headphones to the mixer to see if you can hear your own voice and sound effect keys. If you can hear it, then the mixer and microphone are working fine. 3. Connect the mixer to the computer via the USB port 4. Right-click the speaker icon in the lower right corner of the desktop of the computer screen, open the sound control panel, enable the AI-03 in "Playback" and "Recording", and then disable other devices. 5. Turn on the recorder that comes with the computer and record a short audio. If there is sound, the mixer's output is set correctly.
Will it work if i buy an xlr mic and an xlr female to 3.5 mm adapter?
Yes, it will work as long as the microphone does not require phantom power support
Does this regularly work while gaming and/or talking with friends because I’m not into making music but I do wanna record videos?

Bluetooth earphones cannot be paired with AI-03 because they are both passive matches and cannot actively identify the other party for pairing.
I have a oneodio usb headphone. will this still function even though i do not use a 3.5 headphone?
The AI-03 has a 3.5mm connector for headphones, So you cannot use a pair of USB headphones with the AI-03.
Is the microphone volume really that low, even if I max everything ?
Our recommendation is to adjust the REC\ECHO\MIC function knob on the AI-03 and connect headphones to monitor and fine-tune the microphone sound in real time. It's also crucial to adjust the output volume of the connected device.
I am new to this, can I use a webcam with this?
Directly connecting the webcam to the AI-03 is not possible as the webcam requires a powered device to function. To use the webcam, it must be connected to a computer along with the AI-03, where the webcam can function as the computer's camera, and the AI-03 can serve as the computer's sound input and output device.
what port do i use to have my guest that is on my phone hear the music and effects i am playing from my Interface?
When communicating with guests through live broadcasting or chat software using a mobile phone, utilize the 3.5mm audio cable included in the kit to connect to the POD1/2/3 output ports of the AI-03. This will enable you to transmit sound effects and music from the AI-03 to the mobile phone software, allowing your guests to hear them.
Does it have a vocal song remover?
Yes, AI-03 has a "MUSIC ONLY" mode which can remove the human voice in the background music and keep the rest, to allow the user to sing along with the music.
How many mics can connect to the interface at one time?
3 mics can be connected to the interface at once. 2 mics with a 3.5mm connector and 1 mic with a 6.35mm connector.
Does this come with disk storage for saving audio narrations? if not, can i connect an external usb disk drive?
No, this product has no disk storage function, so you need to connect an output device to record audio. The audio cannot be recorded to a basic external USB drive
Can I use this and add custom noises and play it in a game to other people ?
Yes, you can add and use up to 3 custom sound effects to AI-03.

Can i connect sm58 to the smartphone using appropriate cables and / or adapters to record in android apps like starmaker and smule?
SM58 can be connected using an XLR to a 6.35mm connector. However, the gain can be a little lower since handheld dynamic microphones are very gain-hungry. The volume will be at an acceptable level but cannot be amplified to a very high level. The output can be sent to the Smule or Starmaker app from it.
Does it support BM800 condenser microphone?
Yes, it will support the BM800 condenser microphone.
