🎤PLUG & PLAY: – It is a USB 2.0 mic compatible with Windows and Mac OS. Just plug it into a laptop/desktop and get started, no driver or software is required. It has a 9.7 mm diaphragm providing a wide frequency response (20Hz to 20KHz). It also provides high SPL capability( 105 dB).
🎤ONE BUTTON MUTE: – The built-in indicator light informs the status (blue: working, red: mute). It makes your meeting more efficient while you multitask during a call to mute your mic with only one soft touch.
🎤SUPERIOR SOUND QUALITY: – It adopts an omnidirectional pickup pattern to capture the subtle sound from 360° with a wide pickup range of 5m. It works perfectly for 4–6 people in a teleconference. (Comes with 2m USB cable ). It has built-in noise reduction technology which effectively blocks the noise and eliminates echo. It offers 60dB S/N Ratio and -38dB±3dB (0dB=1V/Pa,at 1kHz) Sensitivity.

Does it plug into electric outlet and then into USB on computer?
Directly plug into the USB port on the computer. No external electric input is required.
How long is the USB cord?

Looking for clarification - is the pickup range 16.4 ft in all directions ( 32.8 ft diameter) or 8.2 ft in all directions (16.4 ft diameter)?
It has a wide pickup range of 5m/16.4ft.
Does the mic on the laptop or MacBook need to be disabled before use?
This mic is plug-and-play, you just need to select this mic as an input device before recording or other purposes.
Does it contain any battery?
No. It does not have a battery.
Can I adjust the pickup range?
We are sorry, but you will not be able to set up the pick-up range of this microphone. It has an Omnidirectional pick-up pattern which is suitable for meetings.
Does it have volume control feature ?
The product does not offer volume control on the product but You can adjust its volume in your computer directly.
Is it kit friendly with ipads?
This microphone is designed for PC, we do not recommend to use it with iPad but it might work with lighting connector on some models.
Can I connect it using Bluetooth ?
No. It offers a USB-wired connection only.
My laptop microphone is not working , will it work for my laptop as microphone ?
Yes, It is one of the best use cases of this microphone. It also offers a one-button mute along with a status indicator.
I have to speak very loud and very close to the mic for it to pick up my voice. Am i missing some settings?
You can follow the steps mentioned in the user manual & also can try increasing computer sound input & software sound input from the internal setting on the computer.
Can it get connected with mobile?
It is compatible with most smartphones but in some cases, some features (ex; no latency monitoring) might not work on it.
