Return & Replacement Policy

At Audio Array, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

Return & Replacement Window:

  • You can return or replace a product within 10 days from the date of delivery, as indicated by the tracking information.

Steps to Return or Replace a Product:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Provide your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Confirmation:
    • We will email you to confirm the product condition and connect you with a customer care executive.
  3. Ship the Product:
    • Send your unused/defective product in its original packaging with all accessories to the address provided in our email.
    • Use a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation. Pre-pay all shipping costs.
  4. Processing:
    • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product(s), we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within 3 to 5 business days.

Note:

  • Return shipping fees are covered by Audio Array only for defective products. The defectiveness of a product is determined by the Audio Array Service Center after inspection.

Return/Replacement Terms:

  • Use the original box, shipping carton, and packing material, along with all accessories, to return the item in the same condition as it was shipped.
  • Only defective products can be replaced or refunded.
  • You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item; it is the customer's sole responsibility.
  • You are responsible for any damage caused during the return shipping of the product.

Important Note:

  • We are not responsible for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during the operation or use of the product. However, you can still email us at support@audioarray.in for assistance in repairing or replacing components.
