Shipping Policy

Out of Stock

Our goal is to ensure that all products listed on our site are available for immediate dispatch to the buyer. However, if a product is unavailable for any reason, we will contact you within two business days to offer you the option to exchange, delay, or cancel the order based on your preference. In the event of an order cancellation, Audio Array will process the refund within 15 days.

Returns Policy

Cambium Retail Pvt Ltd will gladly accept returns if a request is made within 10 days of receipt of the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. For more details on refunds, please refer to our Warranty & Return & Replacement Policy.

Delivery Terms

Transit Time

Domestic shipments generally take 2–7 business working days in transit.

Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment, unless it is a pre-order. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We strive to minimize shipment delays during these times.

Change of Delivery Address

Requests to change the delivery address can be accommodated any time before the order has been dispatched.

Courier Partners

Audio Array ships products using reputed courier services. If your location is non-serviceable, your order may be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for it to become available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await the out-of-stock item. if a product is unavailable for any reason, we will contact you

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us so we can investigate the delay.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking ID to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider. If you do not receive a tracking ID, please email us at support@audioarray.in.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

Process for Parcel Damaged/Lost in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the claim.
